From being a student having had a great time in college with friends and learning a lot every single day, focusing on looking for your first job can all seem daunting and stressful. It does not have to be bad. If you are someone like me and the most, you will work for at least 40 years. That long career is going to be a flourishing, enjoyable and a rewarding one if you focus on the right things to start with as you start your job search process, despite the sometimes boring and uninteresting looks the job market can present.

If you asked a very experienced HR professional or a business manage, they can easily give you a list of 30 soft skills - you would have heard of all these soft skills during those industry speaker sessions in your colleges. Finally, be always interview-ready. Always be aware of who is sitting next to you on the plane, train or bus. You never know whom you could run into. That is why I suggest that for all the skills you include in your resume, you should have examples ready to speak about whenever an opportunity arises. Remember to provide specific examples or achievements that demonstrate both soft and technical skills. Use concise and clear language to effectively convey how you have applied these skills in various contexts. Additionally, tailoring these soft skills to the specific job requirements can further enhance their relevance and impact on your resume.
